I won’t say who it is since I never pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise. But they’ve called me three times in just over a week without leaving any message, so I’m guessing it’s just a pest. I’ve blocked the number now. If it was important, they’d have left me a message by now.

This number has been ringing me loads over the last few weeks, like every single day and even on weekends, all hours really. I didn't recognise it so I just kept dismissing the calls. But today I got really annoyed and picked up. A voice asked if I was ?. I said yes. Then they said it was H.M. Taxes and asked me to confirm who I was. They wanted my national insurance number, date of birth and passport details. I just told them I wasn’t giving out any info and that H.M. wouldn’t be calling like that. Then I hung up.
