I received a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft support who insisted they could resolve an issue with my laptop that appeared to be infected with Trojan malware. After they supposedly "fixed" it, they charged £3.99 to my credit card and even managed to get hold of my mobile number. Quite concerning!
