It took me saying hi three times before a guy with an Indian accent finally picked up. He wanted to verify my name, which I refused to do. Then he claimed to be calling from the Health Department. I told him I wasn’t interested and asked to take me off their list, but he kept going on anyway. Eventually, I just hung up.

As soon as I picked up, I figured it was a credit or debt scam. When I asked for details about the debt, they couldn’t give me any specifics at all.

Got a call and when I picked up there was just silence, no one said a word. Then after a few seconds it just ended. Blocked the number straight away, seemed dodgy.

All I could hear was loads of rustling and lots of people chatting in the background - to me, it sounded like a call centre. After that delay, there was this clicking noise that gave me a really bad feeling, so I put the phone down straight away. After looking it up here, I’ve decided to block the number.
