Got a call on my home phone and when I picked up some bloke shouted, "Is Michelle there? Hello?" That’s not who I am. I just put the phone down.

So this woman called saying she was doing a survey for a water company and wanted to know which one I use. Then she asked for my postcode, but I only gave her the first bit, and somehow she already had the full code. I was like, how do you even know that? She said it’s info from some agency. Ended the call there. Felt pretty dodgy to me.

I just let the phone ring out on my home line and didn’t pick up, but no one actually left a voicemail. Still, I could tell someone was there on the other end because I could hear breathing. Since it’s a BT landline, I don’t think I can block calls. Honestly, I’m seriously thinking about ditching the landline altogether - it’s mostly just robocalls and telemarketers anyway.

I didn’t pick up and let it go to voicemail, but there wasn’t any message after all. Still, it was definitely a person on the other end - not one of those automatic calls. I even heard them breathing.

I got a call from a well-spoken lady claiming to be from the 'Water Research Council' asking me to take part in a survey. Felt a bit iffy since the call was coming from a mobile number. Told her I’m signed up with the TPS and she quickly said sorry. Seems dodgy to me!

Honestly, it didn’t seem like anything significant. There were no voicemails, no texts or anything left behind. Just a bunch of missed calls - seven of them in total.
