I received a rather puzzling phone call from this number on my landline at approximately 12:35 in the afternoon. Upon answering, there was a brief pause and then a gentleman inquired if I was Mrs #######. When I pressed him on who he was and the purpose of his call, he claimed to represent a firm named Heritage International, which supposedly handles timeshare refunds. I mentioned that my husband, who’s at work until later, would need to discuss it, to which he replied he’d call back over the weekend. I can’t shake off the feeling that this whole situation is a bit dodgy. How did they even manage to get hold of our number? It's meant to be private, and we’ve registered with the Telephone Preference Service to avoid such calls.
