They rang me again (second call) and left a message, which I found quite cheeky since they seemed to think I was just ignoring them. I was actually just on voicemail! They said they were from some finance firm.

Got a call saying they could clear all my debts through some government scheme - I told them I ain't got any debts, then they began asking about my life insurance and which company it’s with. I said I only have life insurance through my job, and then they kept pressing me on who I work for. I said I wasn’t giving that out and just ended the call. Blocked the number straightaway.

They rang me up three separate times today and left a voicemail on one occassion. When I picked up, the person said the government would refund up to 70% of my unsecured debts! I told them I don’t owe anything, and then they started asking about life insurance, how much I pay, and suddenly guessed £20 a month out of nowhere! Really odd behaviour!
