He seemed really nice and asked for my number to keep me updated on when they’d start. Since then, I’ve been getting strange texts from that same number and a different one too, with links that look dodgy. Definitely a scam! It’s probably wise to avoid clicking on any links in texts like these, and it’s best not to share personal details over the phone, just in case.
