Back in October 2022, this number was linked to a British man using the name Richard Lascelles Raffle on his passport. He's been operating around Barcelona, scamming people by renting out properties he got through dodgy means. He’s mixed race, quite tall, covered in tattoos, with short hair and a beard. He often tries to say he works for Google but that’s a lie. The police are after him for a bunch of fraud charges. If you think you’ve been scammed by him, you should reach out to the Mossos d’Esquadra in Barcelona to help bring him to justice. His NIE is X9976865T and he was born on 29th November 1979. The British passport number he uses is 523686600.

So this bloke rented a house over in Spain, stayed for like five days, then skipped out without paying anything and nicked the TV as well. Totally dodgy behaviour.
