I reckon this number's a total scam.

Today I ran into the same problem after they asked me to download some software so they could control my computer remotely. I only found out what was going on then.

This number rang me up claiming to be from Amazon Prime. They told me they were about to charge £79.99 to my bank, unless I wanted to stop the payment. I told them I’d already cancelled my subscription through the website. Then they said they’d process a refund but needed me to log into my bank on my phone to sort it. That’s when I got suspicious and ended the call straight away.
