I got a bunch of calls from this number earlier, and every time I picked up, it was dead silence - then an automated message just says goodbye. Proper annoying!

Got a call today from someone who sounded like they were from India. They said they could help me find a job and started asking about how much I earn now. I’ve got a call blocker on my phone to stop stuff like this, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. Honestly, who are these people and why can’t there be an easy way to block them for good?

I got contacted by someone called Benson Avocado about a car I had listed on Gumtree. He claimed to have sent money through PayPal, but then wanted me to send £570 to an account at Fuada Bank, sort code 04-00-26, account number 90287075. The weird part was, he said the money should come from my bank, not PayPal. These two numbers, 07418324791 and 07923611370, seem connected to this scam. Just stay careful!

Seems like a dodgy car deal, they’re asking for £570 upfront via bank transfer before they’ll even send over the money for the car. Definitely looks like a scam to me.

I got contacted by someone using 07418 324 791, they were part of this dodgy car sale trick. The guy, sounded like he had an accent, told me they’d arrange for the car to be moved but I had to pay £570 in cash to the towing firm. Now, after a bit over a month, I keep ringing and dropping silent voicemails on that number just to mess with them.
