Totally safe, don’t listen to the ones calling it a scam - it’s definitely not. This is AXIS, the firm Southern Housing hires for their maintenance work. The voice on the call is robotic and a bit tricky to catch, but if you look up the number, it all adds up. Folks calling it a scam really should do a bit more digging online.
