Got a bunch of calls today from various mobiles about these “virtual classes” - maybe six or seven in total. Got pretty frustrated when the guy on the line kept saying “no one’s called me” even though I’d spoken to someone else from the same outfit just a couple of days ago spouting the exact same spiel. In the end, I just told him straight up I’m not interested in putting any money into their bitcoin or whatever else, and then hung up.

I got a call labelled as ‘possible mate,’ which was a first for me. The bloke said his name was Ryan Williams, but he spoke with an Asian accent. As soon as I said I didn’t know him, he started shouting, so I just ended the call.

On the 9th of April, I got a call just before 9pm from someone claiming they were involved with the financial market. The moment I asked why they’d ring so late, they just ended the call. Pretty clear it was a scam.

Some bloke with a thick Russian accent, said his name was Andrew North. He was trying to get me to change something, but honestly, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying even after asking him to speak slower.
