When I answered the phone, there was a brief pause which always tips me off that it’s a call centre. A woman asked for one of our team about a particular project and said she was ringing from Stroma?? She wanted our colleague to urgently return her call, reading out the number that popped up on my screen (pretty sure she wasn’t aware of the number she was using). After digging a bit, I found out the staff member had nothing to do with that project, so I checked out this website instead.

This number just rang me up. Some bloke wanted to know who in our firm handles ISO Standards. Before I could ask more, he hung up and said he'd send an email about it. No one told me their name or which company they were from. Bit strange, if you ask me!
