Some bloke called saying he was from a service that could help get your money back from loans or whatever. He asked how much I owed, so I told him 52p to my missus, and he goes, "I'll give it back to you, better yet, I’ll give it to your sister while I'm fu##ing her" (I don’t even have a sister). I shot back, "Why not just give it to me after I tie you up and make you watch me shoving a pine cone where the sun don’t shine on your dad." Then he snapped in a grumpy Indian accent, called me a fu##er, and slammed the phone down. Haven’t heard from that number since. 😂

Some bloke said he was from Fortis, talking about some car crash I supposedly had. I told him to sort out where he got that info from (not like there's any truth there) and just ended the call. After seeing this site, looks like they pull info from loads of places. I bet none of it’s legit.

This number keeps ringing me, but I never pick up coz I dont know who it is. After a bit I just blocked it. Still manages to phone me a couple times a day (except on Sundays, guess even these annoying people need a break). Saw the reviews here and its good to know others reported it too.

Some bloke said he was from Carphone Warehouse and asked what network I use and how much I pay. I said £18 a month for unlimited with 3. Then he came back with an offer of £6.99 for unlimited with the same network. I asked why it was so cheap because it sounded dodgy. He said he just needed my card info for direct debit and I wouldn’t have to deal with 3 anymore. I told him to find proper work. He just hung up 😂

Got six calls from this number, but everytime I pick up it's just dead quiet. Finally blocked it now, should've done it sooner. Got a call from a similar number about a physio appointment tho, so I've changed my physio's contact to a new number and now blocking all numbers starting with 07417.

This number has been ringing me constantly for ages! And if it’s not this exact one, it’s another almost the same, doing the exact same thing. Whenever I pick up, they just hang up straight away. Complete muppet threatening to send a bailiff to a place I’m not even living at. Asked him where he plucked my number from and mentioned the GDPR rules. He just got nastier and more aggressive after that. Oh, and definitely not a British accent, just to be clear.

Got a call claiming I could get 20% off some unsecured debt thanks to a new Govt scheme. Who actually falls for that nonsense?! I played along for a minute, then pointed out the lag from the VOIP system he was using (that’s why you hear nothing sometimes - they’re just connecting) and even guessed the country he was calling from. He hung up pretty quick after that, don’t reckon he’ll ring again. Just block the number and avoid the hassle (or answer it and enjoy a couple of minutes of cheap amusement, your call).
