Fraud alert! Got a call from a woman claiming to be Amazon, asking if I’d bought an iPhone16. I told her no, then she wanted me to install some 'Any Desk' app so she could check my account and fix the issue. I started probing and she cut the call. I rang Amazon myself and they said they never called me. Watch out, especially with Christmas coming - these scammers are getting clever!

I've had this number, and others like it, ring me loads. I picked up around 10am today and told them to jog on. They were pretending to be from Citizens Advice - since when do they just cold call people? It's proper nasty what these fraudsters are doing, messing with folks, especially older and more vulnerable people.

Got this call from some Indian call centre saying I’d been in a crash or something. Total scam, just fobbed them off!

So this number 07417 387754 rang me yesterday, some guy with an asian accent talking bout a debt i’m supposedly paying off that’s ruining my credit! I told him to take me off his list and he flat out refused! When i said i’d report him, he just laughed and said ‘go ahead, i don’t care if i go to jail or pay a fine’. i asked if calls were recorded and he said no, so i should record him instead and call the cops if i wanted. Was proper shocked by how rude he was! Best thing to do is just ignore and block these calls straight away!
