Got a text saying I could claim £1,280.50 back from HMRC with a link. Just a heads up, HMRC doesn’t send messages like that. Best not to click on any links like this, seems dodgy!

I got a text claiming to be from HMRC, saying I'd got a tax refund and to click a link to claim it. Seemed dodgy as they always send letters in the post, never texts. So I didn't bother with the link.

Got a text sayin im entitled to a refund from hmrc and i need to use this link #Jowlyhun4bi to claim it. Just a heads up to everyone, ive got refunds from hmrc before but they always sent it by mail. dont go clicking on dodgy links like this, it looks fishy.
