Sounds like a debt collection firm, or at least they're acting like one. I've had loads of calls from various numbers all playing the same recorded message beginning with “if you have debts of.” Every time I block one number, they just ring back from a new one. Not sure what the solution is since the numbers keep changing. It's really irritating and might actually be against the law.
