Scam alert - someone called claiming to be from HMRC about a problem with my taxes. When I asked to verify their contact number, they freaked out and threatened to send the police around for alleged tax fraud, then just ended the call. I later got in touch with HMRC myself and they assured me all my stuff was fine - definitely a dodgy call.
