I got a call from Originate, they dig through Companies House looking for new businesses to pitch some kind of utilities deal. The caller was really impolite and kept pushing hard, didn’t want to answer half the questions I asked. Proper annoying.

I got a call from a woman who kept firing off loads of questions but wouldn’t really reply to the ones I asked her. She said she was ringing on behalf of some company called Originate, which I’ve never come across before, trying to get me to bundle up my electric, water, and gas bills. Thing is, I don’t even have gas! Plus, she was a bit too forceful for my liking, so I’m pretty sure this was some sort of scam. I’d be careful if you get a call like this.

I picked up and there was nobody on the other end. Might've been a mistake with the number, but I reckon it was more likely some kind of scam call.
