This bloke was really persistent and never mentioned which company he was representing. All he wanted to know was what kind of phone I had and kept going on about amazing offers on phones or SIMs. I told him a few times I've just signed up to a new contract a few weeks ago, but he completely ignored me and just kept pushing to sell something. Eventually I had to hang up! If this is for real, then whoever runs that company definitely needs to sort out their customer service skills pronto!
