Got a call from someone claiming to be from debt solutions. Proper pushy and rude, wouldn’t hang up no matter what. When I asked why a South Asian bloke was calling, all he kept saying was “I’m here to help you.” Honestly, why do we have to tolerate this kinda behaviour?

got two calls from these muppets today. first time, no word from them at all. second time, some bloke pretending to be from a "debt investigation" company or whatnot. he claimed they had my "profile" showing loads of unsecured debts. i asked him straight up, "what debts exactly?" he dodged the question. i told him, "your so-called investigations are garbage because no matter what your profile says, i don’t owe a thing!" (which is dead true). he swore and hung up on me. blocked the number along with loads of other scammy ones. but i reckon they’ll just ring back from another number again.

The way they spoke was really hard to get, their English was pretty poor. Couldn't make out much of what they were saying.

What a total nightmare on the line! Honestly, save yourself the hassle and either don’t pick up at all or just hang up straight away. I stuck with this idiot for a bit, purely for a laugh :))

I got a call about some unsecured debts I supposedly have, but I don’t owe anything. I told them to stop making stuff up, and then they actually called me stupid before just hanging up! So rude.

Today I got a call on my old sim card, which usually just gets spam, and there was nothing but silence for like 15 seconds. They then hung up, so I blocked the number. Weirdly, they left a voicemail afterwards.

I saw a missed call and rang back using a hidden number. Got some automated message saying the person couldn't talk right now or similar - seemed like a scam to me. Didn't bother answering in the first place.

It was definitely a scam, they claimed to be from a debt collection agency and pressured me to clear my debt immediately. When I tried to ask them more questions, they just ended the call.
