Can anyone tell me who 447412911133 is? They rang me first on my phone, but I only give my number out for texts, I can't really use the phone as I have trouble hearing calls. So when I got a text from them saying "Hi", I asked who it was. They said I called them, but I never dialled their number on either my landline or mobile. I asked for a name before replying, but they just kept saying "Hi" and didn’t give any proper answer. Felt a bit weird to be honest.

Can anyone tell me who 447412911133 is? This number was the first to ring me on my phone. I usually only give my number out for texts since I can’t really hear on calls. But this person sent me a message saying just “Hi”. I asked them who they were, and they said I should call them back. Then they messaged “Hi” again. I told them I didn’t call and asked who they were before I replied, but they never answered. Really odd!
