I got a text saying: GOV:ENERGY DISCOUNT AT is.gd/Ap2Tf9 Apparently, the UK gov gives energy discounts straight into your bank account linked to your pension or benefits, or sometimes your energy company sends a refund. If you think you’ve been left out, get in touch with DWP using the official government number. These scammers have ZERO clue who your energy supplier actually is! Never ever share your bank details with them!

Got a message sayin: GOV:ENERGY SAVINGS AT is.gd/Ap2Tf9. Says energy discounts from the UK govt get sent straight to your pension or benifit bank acc, or a refund from your energy supply company. If you think you missed out, phoned the DWP on the official gov number. These scammers haven’t a clue who your energy supplier actually is!! Seriously, dont hand over any bank details to them!

Got a text from 07412799324 claiming to be about government help - total scam, don’t trust it!

Got a text saying there’s some government help for getting cheaper fuel, but I looked everywhere online and couldn’t find anything legit. From what I know, any support usually comes straight from the council as a cash payout. My phone's security flagged it as spam and blocked the number straight away. Just watch out, everyone!
