This woman said she knew everything about the insulation on my properties, but that was totally untrue. When I called her out, she tried to twist things and said the council had provided her with all the info, which was just another fib. Right from the start, she kept feeding me false info about my insulation being illegal, and said I should sign up for some government scheme - which is rubbish. I run a business, and there are no schemes available for businesses like mine.
