I usually get an email from my chiropractor a day before my visit, asking me to confirm the appointment, sometimes with links included. Today, I got a text from this number saying my appointment was at a different time than the one I actually booked. The time they mentioned didn’t match the clinic’s hours, which felt really suspicious. They also sent a link that looked exactly like the one in the legit message, so I didn’t click on it. Definitely think it’s a scam.

Got two texts about checking my spine, but not once did they say who they are or which company they’re from. The message seemed to be for me, but they expect me to reply just to opt in. Smells fishy, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

I keep getting texts from someone using my first name about some kind of ‘health re-check’ and there’s a link to fill in a form online. I’ve no clue what this re-check is or where the form came from. Feels a bit dodgy, like a scam to me.
