28 daysGot a call out of the blue from someone claiming to be Sky, calling me by name and saying they could slash my bill by 30%. When they asked what my last bill was, I told them I knew but that if they were really from Sky, they’d already have that info. They said it was a security thing, so I asked what the new bill would be after the discount, and then they just hung up. Pretty sure it’s a call centre, probably somewhere like India or Pakistan, judging by the accent and the way they asked questions. They didn’t ask for any personal info or bank details though, which was a relief.SkyIndiaPakistanSubmit Your Own Report (07407 608978)
