I got a call from someone claiming to be Bits, a company I actually deal with. But when I contacted Bits directly, they told me it definitely wasn’t them calling. They’ve also tried ringing a few times this week which is quite annoying.

I honestly have no clue who this was, but my mobile was switched off when they called at 16:24 on 30 July 2021. I only noticed because of the missed call notification that popped up afterwards. When I checked the number, I saw it had quite a few comments and reviews, which made me a bit wary. Having my phone off was lucky in this case, and I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Today, this number called my landline, but I missed it. A few mins earlier, the same number had tried ringing my mobile, which I also didn’t catch. Definitely spam!

Got a call from some dodgy call centre pretending they were with the health service. Total scam.
