I received a call at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on 30th March 2022 from this number, claiming to represent THREE, the mobile network provider. Strangely enough, they didn’t bother with any sort of security checks, which feels a bit dodgy given GDPR regulations. They went on about offering me a shiny new mobile device, but I mentioned that I was already signed up with Three and had an active contract. Despite my clear lack of interest, they kept pushing for me to consider the new handset, which seemed quite off since a genuine Three representative wouldn’t pursue this. I firmly declined their offer and finished the call without sharing any further information.
