When they asked for my name, I told them they should at least know who they were talking to, then they just hung up. The accent wasn’t British or anything I recognised - definitely foreign, maybe African or something.

Got a call yesterday, 30th June, and they asked me to verify my name. When I asked who it was, they just hung up. Surely the Fraud Squad ought to be cracking down on these kind of calls.

After seeing what others said about some double glazing Grant's, I got a bit wary, especially since I'd been on a charity website from Rugby last night about Grant's. Still, I never gave out any of my info. Feels like they've maybe accessed my web history and connected it to my landline. WATCH OUT, IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.

Got a call from 02003089915, some operator started rambling on about a tax fraud warrant. They said if I didn’t press 1, a warrant would be taken out in my name. I just put the phone down straight away. BE WARNED.

These lot have cottoned on that we ignore Kings Lynn calls, so now they're ringing from mobiles. A very courteous English lady said who she was, so I let her carry on with her sales pitch just to waste her time before telling her to jog on. I don't know how they sleep at night. Their parents must be over the moon with the kind of people they've raised.
