So I got a message saying I owe a fine or something. I clicked the link since I'd recently paid one and wanted to check it out. It took me to a site that looked like HMRC, saying I needed to pay an extra £20. Out of curiosity, I tried putting in a different car reg and it showed the same thing. Seems dodgy, I reckon it's a scam.
