I don't usually pick up my landline but I did this time cos I hardly get any calls there, most dodgy calls come to my mobile and I just block them straight away. Anyway, this one had a robotic voice saying my bank card got charged twice on Amazon, first for a small amount and then a big one, like £800 or something. Then it kept telling me to press 1 or 2. Totally sounded like a scam.

Got a call from an unknown number today, didn’t pick it up. Later, an automated voice left a message on my voicemail saying my Amazon account got compromised. It urged me to press (1) to sign in or (2) to update my info. Sounds like a proper scam to me, trying to steal your info. Definitely steer clear of it - could end up costing you a lot.
