On 26th September 2023, I got a call from 07404002904 on my mobile. There was a recorded message about my Visa card being charged £600 for something. I ended the call before the message finished.

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, but it was this weird American voice on the recording. They started talking about legal trouble if I didn’t pay up. I didn’t bother sticking around to hear the rest.

This number 07404968948 called me twice in quick succession, and I wasn't exactly gracious on the first call since I'd already been bothered by two other calls earlier. I ended up raising my voice, firmly telling them to stop calling this number, but they rang back just minutes later! The second time, the caller was really irritating, just saying “hello” over and over again while I could hear others chatting in the background. Honestly, I’m so sick of these constant nuisance calls. Even when you try being polite, they just don’t take no for an answer.
