Got a call from someone claiming I had outstanding debts and that they were sending a high court writ. I don’t owe anything at all. I've blocked the number and told the police about it.

Got a call sayin there was a county court writ against me and that drivers were on their way. They mentioned something about me being able to get the writ removed and a fresh summons being issued. Pretty stressful!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from high court enforcement, saying they had a writ for me and wanted money straight away. They even warned that someone would show up at my place within a couple of hours. I just ended the call and never heard back, and no one ever came knocking on my door.

Just got a call claiming sheriffs are heading over to take stuff for a court debt. They said if I give my card info now, the bill will be less. Sounds dodgy to me. Don't fall for it - block the number straight away before they ring again.

Very dodgy call, they tried to scare me into paying up right there on the spot. Just hang up and block them, best to stay clear.
