I was called this morning by a very polite man from ECO Aftercare (SH) who arranged an appointment for inspection of our loft insulation. I said that I could only be available for the early part of the time slot so he agreed to make it as early as possible. A few minutes later his supervisor (St*****) phoned back to confirm the original 2 hour slot. I repeated what I agreed earlier and he said that was not possible to be precise and then went off into a rant using 'F' & 'C' words at least 5 times and threatening to visit my house to sort me out. (from 07863752874) before Slamming the phone down. I also pointed out that I had made 2 previous appointments but no-one turned up. They denied it was from them.
