I got a call from a woman claiming she was with Amazon, telling me there’d be a £76 charge for some prime membership I supposedly had, which I definitely don’t. She wanted me to download some app called “The Desk” and kept pressing me to do it quick. I asked how I could be sure she was really from Amazon, but she just kept pushing and saying things like “Hurry up!” I wasn’t convinced at all, so I said I’d check her number out first and then just ended the call.
