Someone called claiming to be from Hello Fresh. I told them I’d already been contacted by a Hello Fresh number, which I blocked because it felt like harassment. After that, they just ended the call.

Got a call from someone saying she was from Microsoft. Asked to talk to the director but wouldn’t say why, telling me it wasn’t my concern. When I offered to help, she started swearing and being really rude. Honestly, steer clear of this “lady” because she was aggressive and then dropped more swear words before she just ended the call. Proper dodgy behaviour.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Roger Hopkins Ltd, asking to speak to a director. Strange thing is, why would a company get calls from people saying they can help claim refunds from the Government when your own accountants haven't mentioned anything? I checked Companies House and couldn’t find any company named Roger Hopkins Ltd in Stretford, Manchester like they said. There used to be a Roger Hopkins & Associates Ltd listed but that company was voluntarily removed back in May 2011. Honestly, cold calls like this just seem dodgy to me.

As soon as I told them my name, they quickly ended the call. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam from a call centre.
