I got a message on WhatsApp from this number claiming to be from Three, but it was clearly a dodgy phone scam. They said I’d ordered an iPhone 15 through Three, but instead, an iPhone 15 Pro Max showed up on my O2 account. Afterwards, they phoned me on a few other mobiles and even tried ringing a Manchester landline, saying the phone was sent by mistake and needed to be picked up. If I’d gone along with it, they would’ve ended up with a pricey phone and I’d have been stuck with an expensive contract.
