Totally just a scam about some investment stuff - had loads of loud music playing behind the person. They asked if I knew anything about trading, so i said i used to swap marbles at school. They didn't really get it though. Def a 1 outta 10, they hung up way too quick, didn’t even give me a chance to mess with them properly.

I called back and it just went straight to voicemail, but there wasn’t any message left - that’s when I realised it must be a scam. There used to be times when these scammers would actually spot an answerphone and stop calling, but looks like now they’ve cut costs on their systems or something. Even scammers are getting stingy these days, I suppose!

I got a few calls from this number, they kept insisting that someone from a local café - oddly enough, a place that shut down about half a year ago - had signed up for their card reader. I told them we’d only just started a contract ourselves recently. The guy on the line got pretty pushy, demanding my name and contract info. I told him to jog on, and then he rang back two more times, having a go at me, so I just blocked the number.
