Another day, same old nonsense.

This number rang my Mum, and the lady on the line kept talking about paying £200 for car tax and said more cash was needed. It was strange timing because my folks had only just sorted their £200 car tax payment, so they nearly got caught out! Luckily, my Mum wasn’t fooled and gave me a buzz straight away, so all’s good!

Banks never ring you on your mobile, it’s usually a scam so be careful!

It's a scam, they asked me for my bank details.

Somebody called claiming they were from the fraud team at my bank, saying there was a dodgy charge on my Amazon account and wanted me to confirm it. Sounds like a classic scam to me.
