The person on the phone really should improve how they speak to people. They were quite rude, dismissive, and honestly a bit sexist. They went on about how I should handle my business. Got all upset and moaned because the bloke they wanted to chat to wasn’t free.

Had a really bad experience with someone on this number, sounded like it was Christopher from Hero Music in Stirling. He was quite nasty to a lady who works here when she answered the phone. Would definitely say steer well clear of calling back.
