I called up TSB and they told me it was their number. They checked the info and asked me to reply to the text message they'd sent.

TSB ended up blocking my card anyway, so now I’m stuck without it for 3 to 5 days. Wish I’d checked here first before replying.

The number genuinely belongs to TSB. I was attempting to pay my electricity bill but the transaction failed. Moments later, I received a text from TSB saying they’d put a temporary hold on my card to confirm it was me trying to make the payment. They said they’d send a message from +447401163729 soon.
