(14th October 2013 - Flintshire, North Wales) Spotted a white van accented with a light blue stripe bearing this mobile number, making the rounds door-to-door selling fish. The man was dressed in a white coat and hat, accompanied by a driver. There was no indication of a fixed address or any landline contact, which struck me as rather suspicious. Just wanted to make a note of it here, considering the previous comments. Better safe than sorry!

We didn’t hear a phone ringing at all, yet a chap turned up in a van selling fish, which left us rather dubious. It felt like one of those high-pressure sales tactics, if you catch my drift. They insisted on a cheque but had the nerve to leave it blank. Cash was all they seemed to care about, and to top it off, they had the audacity to want to enter our kitchen! The fish was all wrapped up with no labels, hardly professional-no business cards or receipts in sight. The only clue was the number plastered on the side of the van that claimed to sell “Fresh Fish”, which made me jot it down. Quite a peculiar situation, I must say!
