Some bloke claims he's Detective Inspector Coxs from Nottingham Police, but when I rang Nottingham Police to check, they said there’s no one by that name and no such role in their team. They advised me not to answer his calls. Meanwhile, West Midlands Police tried calling this number and it just kept ringing out. Honestly, this guy sounds totally mental.
