Received a message from this number saying I needed to confirm a payment supposedly from Nationwide, but it felt dodgy since it came from a mobile phone number. The text said something like “Nationwide: please verify a payment on your account. Click this link for info: payee-re oxx.info”. I still remember the 3 digit number was 100.

Got a message supposedly from Nationwide saying they couldn’t take a payment and to click a link. Total scam. I’m not even a Nationwide customer, but even if I was, I’d give them a call directly rather than clicking any dodgy links. Nice try though, scammers!

Got a message saying it was from Nationwide asking me to confirm a payment on my account. They wanted me to tap a link but I didn’t bother. It felt dodgy anyway since it came through at like 7.30 in the evening and from a 07339 number. Did a quick search on the number and ended up on this site. Total scam! Heads up everyone, be super careful about texts or calls from numbers you don’t recognise.

Got a text that said it was from Nationwide, something like “Nationwide: we want to confirm a payment from your account. Click the link for more info.” Problem is, I don’t even have an account with Nationwide. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
