So, it turned out they were with EE and couldn’t process my monthly payment! Honestly, it annoyed me a lot.

My missus got a message saying she’s entitled to a refund of £269.72 and to follow a link http=//ect or summat like that. Trouble is, she’s been retired for donkey’s years and lives off her pension. I typed the link into Google twice and it led me straight to the BBC site. Definite con, so watch out folks!
