When I finally answered, the individual on the line claimed to have insights into my credit history and mentioned that I was paying some sort of additional monthly fee for their services. They went on about how I was specially selected to potentially eliminate a staggering 75% of my debts. The catch? I don’t owe a penny to anyone! I swiftly informed the caller of this fact before cutting the conversation short and promptly blocking the number.

I didn’t pick up, and they didn’t leave a voicemail. Saw what other folks said here and really not keen on whatever they’re trying to push.

So, this 07399790291 rang me earlier today. They asked if I had any private frozen pensions. I told him I had a pension through my job, but then he asked if I’d worked anywhere else. I said yes, I do have a private pension. Then he said I’m not eligible and just ended the call.

They actually rang me up and asked for me by my name!! Pretty clear someone’s been giving out our info. They said they were from The Pension Advice Service. I told the bloke straight up, “I don’t discuss personal stuff over the phone, this is a cold call, and I’m not interested in whatever you’re selling - bye!” He chuckled and insisted he wasn’t selling anything. I just said “Bye!” and ended the call. What a muppet!
