I'm pretty sure this is a scam where they pretend to be from O2 and tell you to click on a link to update your info. The thing is, 07399 numbers are definitely mobile and usually given to EE users, so it doesn't really make sense for O2 to reach out using that type of number. Seems dodgy to me.

Got a message saying it was from Lloyd's, claiming someone was trying to withdraw money from my account. Honestly, I’d advise against banking with them. Best of luck to anyone considering it!

Got a text claiming to be from O2 customer support saying I needed to update my payment info. Felt a bit dodgy so I didn't click any links and just checked my account through the official app instead. Turns out it was a scam trying to steal my card details. Glad I spotted it before handing over any data!
