About an hour and a half ago, I got a text saying I owed a fine for parking. It mentioned a discount if I paid quickly, but then warned about taking legal action if it wasn’t settled. This is the second message in a short space of time. I’ve blocked this number, just like I did with another call earlier, though I’m not sure if that first call was from a separate number as well since that got blocked too.
