I've seen a bunch of folks posting about this number sending out fake Parking Charge Notice messages. My mate just got one too and it's obviously a con. Parking fines don’t get sent by text, which is an instant red flag. The language they use is obviously dodgy. I’m sure if anyone taps the link, their phone could get infected with malware and they could end up leaking personal stuff like bank info. Stay well clear of it!
