Got a call out of the blue from a number I didn’t recognise and I’m fairly sure it was some sort of scam or phishing attempt. I’ve already blocked the number and reported it as a risky caller. This was just one of a few dodgy calls I had that day, all seeming connected to a scam pretending to be Amazon, warning me about a fake order on my account. I’m convinced this number is heavily involved in a sneaky scam aimed at tricking people into handing over cash by posing as Amazon and using pretty clever dodgy tactics. Definitely a really dangerous number to watch out for.
